The Flock Loyalty Program FAQ
WHAT IS THE FLOCK?
The Flock loyalty program is our way of showing you, our customers, our appreciation! You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases.
You can apply your points for a discount at checkout. Every 100 points is equivalent to a $10 reward. Starting October 1, 2024 rewards will be allowed up to 500 points/$50 at a time. Reward points cannot be stacked or combined with other reward, discount or promo codes.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?
No, go ahead and earn as many points as you can! Starting October 1, 2024 points will expire one year from the date they were earned. Any pre-existing points in your account will expire one year from the day the expiration policy goes into effect.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including making purchases and referring friends. To see all the ways you can earn points, refer to the “Ways to earn points” section on our loyalty page.
HOW DO I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE?
Simply log in to your beekshop.com account and view your points balance in your account. Or, visit beekshop.com/pages/loyalty to view your points balance and rewards history.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A RETURN ON MY ORDER?
When you make a return, any points earned from returned items will be removed from your account.
If you make a return on an item that used points towards the purchase, you will not receive a refund on the points used to redeem the reward. Instead, these points will be returned back into your account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS CANCELED?
Canceled orders that were paid entirely with rewards will need to get the points manually added back into your account. Please contact our customer service team at help@thebeeknest.com for assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A FRIEND I REFER CANCELS OR RETURNS THEIR ORDER?
Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY BUT DIDN'T EARN POINTS!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for your activity to be processed and translated into points. If you continue to see missing points, please contact our customer service team at help@thebeeknest.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE AND DECIDE TO JOIN AGAIN?
Once you unenroll, any points you had accrued will be forfeited. Feel free to contact us if you wish to re-enroll. However, your point total will begin from zero.
