beek Returns

Return Policy

We offer free returns on any unworn, unused products in their original packaging. Effective February 1, 2025, items are eligible for a full refund back to original form of payment within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in beek’s sole discretion.

Merchandise returned to beekshop.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. beekshop.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that the return package cannot be tracked.

Return Guidelines

  • Please visit our Returns Center to directly request and download a Return Authorization form and UPS shipping label.
  • Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  • Include the return authorization form.
  • If you choose to use a courier other than UPS, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability (USPS, FEDEX) and ship to:

Exchanges

We offer free shipping on exchanges. Size exchanges can be requested and subject to merchandise availability. An instant exchange can be requested using a credit card to place the exchange immediately. The credit card is only charged the full amount if the return isn't in the mail within 14 days. Alternatively, an exchange order can be placed once the return package is scanned by UPS. Please note there is a minimum inventory threshold required to place exchange orders to avoid out-of-stock orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
